Frequently asked questions
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The card lives in the wallet that already comes with the phone: Apple Wallet on iPhone and Google Wallet on Android.
How is a stamp added?
From the phone at the counter: scan the QR on the customer's card, look them up by phone, or confirm the tap of their phone on the NFC tag.
Do I need any special equipment?
No. A phone or a computer with internet is enough. The QR decal and the NFC card are optional.
What happens when a customer completes the card?
The reward is unlocked. When they redeem it at your shop, the card goes back to zero and starts again.
What happens when the free trial ends?
You pick a plan to keep using the dashboard. Your customers' cards and data are not deleted.
